Who we are

Baori Samaj Connect is a community app for members of the Baori Samaj, offering a social feed, news, events, sports with live streaming, a marketplace, a member directory, and a career/exam-preparation portal.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide at registration: name, email, and optional profile information (village, district, state, profession, phone, photo).
• Content you create: posts, comments, reactions, marketplace listings, event registrations, and media you upload.
• Usage data needed to run the service, such as your login session.

How we use it

To operate the community features, show you relevant content, enable member networking, and keep the platform safe through admin moderation. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Camera & microphone

These are used only when you choose to broadcast a live sports stream. They are never accessed in the background.

AI features

Exam-prep content (quizzes, article summaries, study plans) is generated with Google's Gemini API. Only the topic/prompt is sent; your personal profile is not shared with the AI provider.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact a community admin through the app; we will remove it within a reasonable period.

Children

The app is intended for community members aged 13 and above.
